Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Sammi Ervin has been a social worker for 18 years, and recently began focusing her practice on insomnia. Sammi received her master in social work from joint master program with N.C. A&T and U.N.C. Greensboro. Sammi is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and also has experience working with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, panic disorder and trauma.

Julie Hovrud is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and is trained to practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). She has a Masters of Social Work from East Carolina University.
