Jeanie Coles

Jeanie Coles, LCMHC

Jeanie Coles is a compassionate, experienced therapist with decades of experience working with individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of mental health concerns and life stressors. She has been honored to be part of many recovery stories and is deeply dedicated to helping clients clarify and achieve their therapy goals. In the first session, Jeanie focuses on getting to know each client’s history and concerns, collaborating on a personalized treatment plan, and providing practical “homework” between sessions to support progress. Her greatest strengths include her long-standing commitment to the profession and her belief that she is called to help others move toward the life they want to live. Jeanie is especially well positioned to serve adults ages 18 through older adulthood who seek growth, healing, and a better understanding of themselves and their quality of life. She also has specialized training in CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia), allowing her to support clients struggling with sleep in addition to emotional and mental health challenges.

Sammi Ervin

Sammi Ervin, LCMHC

Sammi Ervin is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience in providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy for individuals struggling with sleep disorders and mental health challenges. She specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and has a particular focus on helping clients develop healthy sleep habits and manage anxiety-related sleep disturbances. Sammi brings a warm, empathetic approach to her practice, creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood. Her expertise in both individual and group therapy settings allows her to tailor treatment approaches to meet each client's unique needs and goals.

Porsche Collins

Porsche' Collins, LCSW, CCM

Porsche’ is an experienced sleep and counseling therapist with over 15 years of experience in diverse settings, including healthcare, forensic mental health, and community support. She is proficient in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), employing evidence-based protocols to diagnose and treat chronic insomnia. In addition, Porsche’ is skilled in conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing crisis intervention. She has been recognized for proficiency in teletherapy, evidence-based interventions, and collaborative care coordination.
