Meredith Ball supports clients in navigating trauma, anxiety, irritability, and emotional distancing. and Meredith has received specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) to address sleep-related challenges often associated with trauma. She works with clients to move beyond survival, dismantle limiting narratives, and reclaim a life of greater presence, resilience, and self-alignment.

Jeanie Coles

Jeanie Coles, LCMHC, CBT-I

Jeanie Coles is a compassionate, experienced therapist with decades of experience working with individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of mental health concerns and life stressors. She has been honored to be part of many recovery stories and is deeply dedicated to helping clients clarify and achieve their therapy goals. In the first session, Jeanie focuses on getting to know each client’s history and concerns, collaborating on a personalized treatment plan, and providing practical “homework” between sessions to support progress. Her greatest strengths include her long-standing commitment to the profession and her belief that she is called to help others move toward the life they want to live. Jeanie is especially well positioned to serve adults ages 18 through older adulthood who seek growth, healing, and a better understanding of themselves and their quality of life. She also has specialized training in CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia), allowing her to support clients struggling with sleep in addition to emotional and mental health challenges.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and enjoy helping my clients achieve improved sleep. I hope to help individuals find peace needed to have more control over their lives and confidently overcome challenges.

Rayni Collins, LCMHC, CBT-I

Rayni Collins specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), the evidence-based gold standard for treating sleep problems. She brings a whole-person approach to her work, recognizing that sleep struggles are often connected to nervous system functioning, stress responses, and disconnection from the body. Rather than stopping at clinical frameworks alone, Rayni honors both the science of sleep and the individual sitting with her. She aims to help clients understand what's happening in their sleep system, equip them with practical tools for real life, and ultimately feel more at home in their own bodies—sleeping better and living more comfortably overall.

I have practiced CBT strategies over the last 25+ years. I teach people how to identify, develop and use more productive coping and problem solving skills that challenges/ changes unhealthy thinking, problematic emotions, and behaviors. Sammi Ervin, LCSW, CBT-I

Sammi Ervin is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience in providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy for individuals struggling with sleep disorders and mental health challenges. She specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and has a particular focus on helping clients develop healthy sleep habits and manage anxiety-related sleep disturbances. Sammi brings a warm, empathetic approach to her practice, creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood. Her expertise in both individual and group therapy settings allows her to tailor treatment approaches to meet each client's unique needs and goals.

Leigh Ann Fernandez is a counselor with experience working with adults of all ages and backgrounds. Kiyeka Gift brings years of experience supporting women through anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and life transitions, as well as perinatal, postpartum, and grief-related challenges. Her work is grounded in the belief that every client carries an inner strength that life's hardships may dim but never extinguish, and she helps people reconnect with that strength, heal with self-compassion, and rediscover their own hope and voice. Drawing on CBT, mindfulness, solution-focused, person-centered, and strength-based approaches, she creates a safe space for healing and growth. Kiyeka has also completed specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) to support clients struggling with sleep.
