Jeanie Coles is a compassionate, experienced therapist with decades of experience working with individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of mental health concerns and life stressors. She has been honored to be part of many recovery stories and is deeply dedicated to helping clients clarify and achieve their therapy goals. In the first session, Jeanie focuses on getting to know each client’s history and concerns, collaborating on a personalized treatment plan, and providing practical “homework” between sessions to support progress. Her greatest strengths include her long-standing commitment to the profession and her belief that she is called to help others move toward the life they want to live. Jeanie is especially well positioned to serve adults ages 18 through older adulthood who seek growth, healing, and a better understanding of themselves and their quality of life. She also has specialized training in CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia), allowing her to support clients struggling with sleep in addition to emotional and mental health challenges.
